    Search results, medications, diagnoses, and form answers as part of the record—not just text inside attachments. Shared healthcare data standards help you use and move that information.

    Akashic uses the HL7 FHIR standard. Connections to other systems still depend on what those systems allow.

    Start with records, appointments, forms, and messages. Add locations, services, and staff as your practice grows. Work with other practices when your patients need care across your network.

    Invite expertise without a subscription barrier.

    Invite an outside practitioner to view shared records and join a collaboration team, with the patient’s permission. Their account is free. Their employer does not need a subscription.

    Telehealth

    Host 20 video appointments per practice each month free. Add unlimited hosting for $10 per clinician per month. Joining another practice’s collaboration-team visit is always free.

    Finish the visit. Start with a draft.

    Ambient AI scribe captures the conversation with consent and prepares the first draft. Open Notes to finish between visits or at the end of the day, review and edit, then save your note. Review suggested conditions, medications, results, and other chart items individually; choose Add, check the details, and confirm, or decline.

    $129 per clinician per month. Fair use: 60 minutes per session and 12,800 recorded minutes per clinician each month. New recordings pause at the monthly limit; no automatic overage charges. Typed notes include the same structured chart workflow without the scribe add-on.

    Patient payments

    Accept payments through your own Stripe account for $10 per clinician per month, plus Stripe’s processing fees. Keep the invoice and payment status together.

    Text notifications

    Add SMS for $29 per practice per month, plus $0.029 per segment and $150 one-time carrier registration. Email reminders are free on every plan.

    Marketing campaigns

    Build audiences, prepare campaigns, schedule delivery, and see reporting for $29 per practice per month. Email is included; text campaigns also require SMS.

    Room to grow

    Keep 5 GB of files included, then add 5 GB blocks for $10 per month. Add clinician seats at $50 per month after your first free clinician. Non-clinician staff remain free.
