A different foundation
Akashic uses HL7 FHIR for clinical resources such as observations, medications, conditions, questionnaires, and responses. Standardized structure and terminology let information support workflows, histories, and authorized exchange—not just sit inside an uploaded document.
FHIR is a foundation for interoperability. Connecting to another system still depends on that system’s supported interfaces and permissions.
Start with the records, scheduling, forms, and communication a small GP or dental clinic needs. Organize larger teams around services, locations, schedules, and workspace permissions. Connect across organizations when a patient’s care spans your network.
The shared foundation scales with your structure; specialty-specific tools and device integrations depend on the capabilities available for that service.
An independent practitioner can create an account without joining an Akashic organization. With patient authorization, they can view shared information and join cross-organization collaboration teams for free. You do not have to persuade their employer to buy software before you can collaborate.
Choose what earns its place
Host 20 video appointments per practice each month free. Add unlimited hosting for $10 per clinician per month. Joining another practice’s collaboration-team visit is always free.
Record with consent, transcribe the conversation, and turn it into a clinical draft. Review, edit, and save it to the patient record. Unlimited AI notes are $99 per clinician per month.
Accept payments through your own Stripe account for $10 per clinician per month, plus Stripe’s processing fees. Keep the invoice and payment status together.
Add SMS for $29 per practice per month, plus $0.029 per segment and $150 one-time carrier registration. Email reminders remain included.
Build audiences, prepare campaigns, schedule delivery, and see reporting for $29 per practice per month. Email is included; text campaigns also require SMS.
Keep 5 GB of files included, then add 5 GB blocks for $10 per month. Add clinician seats at $50 per month after your first free clinician. Non-clinician staff remain free.
