A few things worth knowing.
Does every clinician pay for telehealth and payments?
These add-ons apply to your whole practice and are priced on all enabled clinicians, including the first clinician whose base seat is free. Joining another practice’s collaboration-team video visit is free; the hosting practice uses its allowance.
Are texts charged per message?
No. They are charged per SMS segment. Message length and characters affect how many segments a text uses. Campaigns and SMS are separate: email campaigns need Campaigns; text campaigns need both.
Do patients pay to use Akashic?
No. Your patient account is always free. Bills from your healthcare practice for care are separate from Akashic’s software pricing.
Do you charge per appointment or patient?
No. Appointments and patient counts do not raise your bill. Choose clinician seats and optional add-ons; add storage when you need more than the included allowance.
