A patient account is org-agnostic: one human and one record for life.
Any patient can use the portal at any time in place of a practice’s site, and a patient who has no provider relationship yet, or whose providers are not on Akashic, starts here. The record and the features are the same; only the practice branding is absent.
Nothing is ever charged to a patient.
